Solution: LV1200 Tray Washer with U-Shaped Configuration
To meet Semirec's needs, we developed a customized version of our LV1200 tray washer with a U-shaped configuration.
Our high-performance washing line was modified to ensure continuous support for the tray throughout the entire machine’s conveying system, thanks to adjustable side guides that prevent deformation during transport and treatment. Additionally, the dual motorized stacking system, driven by electric motors, guarantees speed and precision, maintaining high productivity standards.
