This method can be used in addition to or as an alternative to the traditional spray system. The container is fully immersed in a tank containing the disinfectant solution chosen by the customer. In this way, all surfaces of the container are treated, ensuring a higher level of sanitation.
Unlike spray systems, containers enter one at a time and remain immersed for longer, allowing the disinfectant to act with greater effectiveness. The system is suitable for all containers, except thermoformed ones, which are usually not processed by washing lines.
In addition to ensuring perfectly sanitized containers, the system provides greater safety for operators, as the disinfectant solution remains in the tank, preventing aerosol dispersion into the air and reducing exposure to chemicals.
