LV200: the cost-effective solution for container disinfection in nurseries

Even small-sized nurseries, with low productivity levels, need to wash and disinfect containers safely and efficiently. To meet this need, Atlantic Man. has developed the LV200, a simple yet high-performing model, capable of processing up to 200 containers per hour.

The LV200 can be manually fed and unloaded, or equipped with an destacker and stacker, available as optional features, offering flexibility in daily operations.

Like all Atlantic Man. container washers, it is made of stainless steel, ensuring robustness, durability, and ease of maintenance over time.

One of the main advantages of the LV200 is its versatility: it not only handles standard containers, but is also ideal for forestry containers, which are taller and feature special formats for specific production needs. The machine can process containers up to 15 cm in height, ensuring effective washing and disinfection even for non-standard formats.

Thanks to its simplicity and adaptability, the operator can focus on other nursery activities without compromising productivity, avoiding the limitations of manual systems that require more time and physical effort.

With the growing focus on organic farming and disease and infection control, even the smallest nurseries must ensure safe and managed cultivation, minimizing the risk of disease transmission between plants. The LV200 makes it possible to meet these standards in a practical and reliable way, combining efficiency, safety and ease of use.
