A constant commitment to safety and efficiency
Atlantic Man. has always been committed to making industrial operations safer and more efficient. A concrete example is the covering materials recovery system, such as vermiculite or similar materials, which during processing may remain in excess on the containers and are therefore collected and reintroduced into the production cycle.
The system allows vermiculite to be loaded in a practical way and automatically recovers the material that falls during container filling, preventing waste and optimizing the entire production process.
Elimination of manual operations and reduction of risks
In high-end professional machines, it becomes essential to recover these materials without requiring manual intervention, thus avoiding risks for the operator, such as back pain or accidents related to lifting heavy bags.
Traditionally, the operator had to manually lift the bags up to the covering unit hopper, located at approximately 1.70 m (5.6 ft) in height: an operation that is not only tiring, but also potentially dangerous.
An ergonomic solution: the recovery hopper
The solution proposed by Atlantic Man. involves the use of a recovery hopper positioned directly under the covering unit, at an ergonomic height of approximately 50–60 cm (19.7–23.6 inches). This allows the operator to refill the product in a simple, safe, and controlled way, minimizing physical effort and improving workplace ergonomics.
This system not only improves operator safety but also helps optimize productivity. The automatic recovery of excess materials ensures that no vermiculite or other product is wasted, enabling more efficient resource management and ensuring greater operational continuity.
Automation and optimization of the production line
Thanks to this approach, the operator can focus on control and monitoring activities, increasing the overall efficiency of the system.
With this innovation, Atlantic Man. reaffirms its commitment to offering technological solutions that improve safety, ergonomics, and efficiency in production lines, providing tools that make daily work safer and more sustainable.
