Atlantic Man. has addressed this challenge with an innovative project in Qatar, a country characterized by extreme temperatures, high humidity, and water scarcity. Through a turnkey solution, we turned these difficulties into opportunities, developing a system that combines sustainability and production efficiency.

Project Features

The project involved the creation of an integrated system consisting of two blocks:

1. Production Greenhouses

Which host direct soil cultivation such as tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, and eggplants. Here, hydroponic irrigation ensures a precise and constant supply of water and nutrients, improving the quality and yield of the harvest.

2. Nursery Greenhouses

With the intensive production of small seedlings, which will then be transplanted into production greenhouses or open fields. In this block, the crucial stages of sowing, germination, and growth of the small seedlings are managed and supported through technological systems that ensure efficiency and precision in every operation.

Furthermore, a climate control system with state-of-the-art sensors regulates temperature, humidity, and ventilation, recreating the ideal conditions for proper growth.

Implemented Solutions

To optimize each operational phase, we integrated the following technologies:

TTL1200 Drum Seeding Line

A modular and highly productive solution, capable of processing up to 1200 seed trays per hour and equipped with patented insert bars for precise, accurate seeding.

Germination and Storage Chambers

These environments maintain stable temperature and humidity conditions, promoting uniform seed germination in trays.

Automated Irrigation Systems

Our Mobile Wing V5 ensures precise and uniform irrigation in nursery greenhouses, reducing waste.

Advanced Logistic Management

The use of pallets and carts to support and transport seed trays has streamlined the operational flow.
