Seeder and drilling module SE200

The SE200 electronic drilling and seeding module step by step made by Atlantic Man. allows to sow different varieties of seeds inside any type and size of tray for seedlings in plastic, polystyrene and thermoformed, reaching a seeding capacity equal to 300 trays per hour. With the SE200 seeder the seeding process is completely automatic: the tray advances inside the seeding machine thanks to a conveyor belt and is subjected to the drilling and sowing mechanism through a bar with nozzles that suctions the seeds and drops them inside the cells, row by row. The speed change is managed through an electronic touchscreen control panel depending on the different tray shapes chosen, and the leftover seeds can be recovered thanks to a dedicated suction system. According to production needs, it is possible to easily replace the nozzles used for sowing trays with other similar of different diameters, with multi-hole nozzles that allow to sow more than one seed inside the same cell or with silicone nozzles suitable for pilled seeds. In addition, two modules intended for vermiculite distribution and post-seeding watering can be installed separately.
